Picture yourself lounging by our stunning outdoor swimming pool, where the gentle sound of splashing water mingles with the rhythm of Greek island breezes. And for the little ones, our kids' pool is a splash-tastic paradise, offering a safe and welcoming space for them to giggle and play. After your refreshing swim, bask in the sun on our spacious sun deck, cocktail in hand, while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and lush gardens.

Babis the owner and his sister Maria were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Studios are located just on the eastern edge of Kefalos about 5 minutes walk from Agrio Stefanos beach and temple ruins. There is a supermarket about 3 minutes walk away as is the bus stop from/to the airport or Kos Town. The central part of Kefalos beach is about 10 minute walk with many restaurants nearby. The night we arrived (Friday) it was BBQ night and for €10 each we had the most amazing platter. Home made Greek starters followed by 3 types of meat (you get to choose) one of which was the biggest pork Chop I have ever seen - all cooked to perfection and served with chips and salad plus a glass of wine each. Fantastic. The studios are very generous oin size and spotlessly clean just like everywhere in the facility. We didn't get to use the pool but it too was very clean and more sunbeds than guests. We cannot recommend Manolis Studios enough.

- rooms older, but clean - ac was working great - after 2 days we became new towels and bedsheets - clean pool with nice water - stuff very kind and helpful, Babis helped us to rent a car and organized us a drive to the airport - location, ca 5 minutes away from beach - snacks at the poolbar were tasty, draught beer -highly recommend this accommodation - an older place, but very nice and clean. We were worried about the rewiews on internet (a not working, loud street) but everything was fine.

The proprietors are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation offers everything necessary, there are even facilities for self-catering in the room. Nice garden and pool, all very tidy.

Hosts were so accommodating. arrived late but they kindly provided food. basic apartment but immaculately clean. Shower was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.
